Halloween Farm Mystery Tour (Free)

$0.00

Something strange is coming to the farm this Halloween.

Join us for a free, family-friendly Halloween Farm Mystery — an interactive, walk-through adventure where children and their grown-ups will move across the farm from scene to scene, gathering clues, meeting mysterious characters, and helping solve a Halloween mystery before time runs out.

This is not a haunted house. It is a playful, theatrical farm adventure designed for kids, with enough humor, mischief, and farm weirdness to keep adults entertained too.

Expect strange clues, suspicious chickens, old farm magic, a hay wagon, and a mystery that needs brave young investigators to solve it.

Farm Mystery Tours

This event is free, but registration is required.

We will offer three Farm Mystery Tours. Each tour will move through the farm as a group, either walking or riding by tractor hay wagon, depending on availability and preference. Tours take approximately 1 hour and involve a hay ride from place to place.

Please register for your preferred tour time and plan to stay with that time. Because each group moves through the mystery together, we will not be able to easily switch participants between tours once the event begins.

Farm Mystery Tour Times:
12:00 PM
1:30 PM
3:00 PM

Space is limited for each tour. Groups will be transported from scene to scene via our Ghost Teamster driven Hay Tractor (hay ride).

**See Below For Additional Information

Farm Investigator Training Course

Before your tour begins, young investigators can complete our old-fashioned Farm Investigator Training Course.

Kids will receive a small field notebook and collect stamps as they make their way through simple Halloween farm games and activities. These games are designed to feel like old-time harvest party fun — simple, hands-on, a little spooky, and good for a range of ages.

Activities may include:

  • Pumpkin ring toss
  • Crooked pumpkin bowling
  • Corn cob toss
  • Witch’s mystery bags
  • Fortune string pull
  • Mask painting

Kids do not need to “win” the games to collect stamps. The goal is to try each challenge, build their investigator skills, and get ready for the mystery ahead.

Free Mask Painting

Kids can paint and decorate a Halloween mask before their Farm Mystery Tour. Masks can be worn during the adventure or taken home afterward.

Mask painting is free for registered participants while supplies last.

Optional Halloween Mischief Broom Workshop

We will also offer a small, low-cost broom-making workshop during the event.

In this short hands-on workshop, participants will make a small Halloween Mischief Broom — perfect for sweeping away crumbs, cobwebs, and suspicious farm mischief. Students will learn basic broom-tying knots and how to use a tumble spool to tension the twine. Each participant will choose their twine color and leave with a finished small broom of their own.

Mischief Broom Workshop Cost: $10 per participant, participants can “drop in” day of
