Description
This open-to-all** course allows students the chance to become familiar with the tools and process of woodworking in a supportive, relaxed, hands-on environment. All levels welcome, no prior experience necessary.
Students will have the opportunity to work with:
Hand-tools including western and Japanese hand saws, chisels, fastening tools
Power Tools including jigsaw, circular saw, radial arm saw, table saw and dado blades, band saw and drill press
This class will break for a half-hour lunch, so be sure to bring a bag lunch!
Takes place at 149 Hurricane Road, West Keene, NH, 10-5pm
**Students under 18 must be accompanied by an adult and must have the ability to work independently and manage dangerous equipment, as well as the ability to follow complex directions and safety measures.
